Ground rules for shopping on RealMins.
Orders
- By placing an order you agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details.
- We may call or WhatsApp to confirm orders before dispatch.
- RealMins may cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled (stock, address, or confirmation issues) and will notify you.
Products & pricing
- Product photos and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations can occur.
- Prices are in PKR unless stated otherwise and may change without notice for future orders.
- We sell brand-new original branded watches only. See Authenticity.
Delivery, warranty & returns
- Shipping and COD rules are described on Shipping & delivery.
- Warranty cover and claim steps are on Warranty.
- Exchange eligibility (defect / fault window) is on Returns & exchange.
Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, RealMins is not liable for courier delays outside our control or for loss from untracked returns you ship without our approval.
