Warranty
Every watch is covered by a 1-year RealMins seller warranty from the delivery date.
What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects and technical faults under normal wear.
- Coverage runs for 12 months from the delivery date on watches sold by RealMins.
- This is a RealMins seller warranty. It is not a brand boutique / MSRP international manufacturer warranty.
What’s not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, or misuse.
- Water damage outside the watch’s stated water-resistance rating or after battery / case-back work by a third party.
- Unauthorized repairs or modification.
- Normal wear on straps, plating, or finish.
How to claim
- Email support@realmins.com or WhatsApp 0323 8038668 with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos (and a short video if the fault is intermittent).
- Keep your order confirmation. We use it to verify the purchase and delivery date.
- After-sales will review the claim and confirm next steps (repair, exchange, or another remedy as applicable). For exchange eligibility, see Returns & exchange.
- Do not ship the watch back until we ask you to and confirm the return method.
